2006-11-17 [xido]: I'm glad you like it. I am a bit biased as far as publication materials used in the class, but I am open to anyone's discussions on any topics related to dragons... Also, more artwork will be featured as it is created and linked. This is still sort of a work in progress, especially this page.

I will be posting more details to the grading page as it goes along, and of course all discussions will happen on the main class pages, but yes, anyone can contribute, as long as your posts are informed, conclusive or theoretical, or you ask a question or pose a new or intriguing idea that benefits the overall discussion of dragons. FAQs fall under this category as well. All contributions can be posted in the Open Discussion/For

And I am glad to see such wonderful motivation on either portion! ;) I can understand. When I was very young (say 4-7), I would choose unicorn and dragon books over all others.

I was hoping to find a few selections of Dragon artwork from around the Elfwood Galleries. Now, if ElfTOWNers want to feature their art here, I am okay with that, but we should not go bugging people in the community to add unless they seem cordial and willing.
The next assignment has to do with going over to the Elfwood galleries ( http://elfwood
This task will involve finding nice dragon artwork from the Woods, and asking its creator (via email or gallery image comment) if they would be willing to feature it on our page here as Elfwood Artwork surrounding Dragons (and give them the URL of the page, so they can view or comment here - http://elftown
If they agree, add their image in the same way we did with these, and if it has a title, make sure to note that, the date it was created, and I will work on getting the references up to APA standards later. ;)
I only require THREE Elfwood images that are NOT Mods' Choice, or FIVE Elfwood Images that HAVE BEEN Mods' Choice to earn you your Violet Scales, but every image has to be cleared with the artist first.
Based on how much EXTRA you happen to do (I will not underestimate you THIS TIME XP XP XP), I will consider giving you a higher degree, and most likely cooperative moderation of this page of the classroom.
There is NO deadline or rush on this assignment.

Do your parents control your media? If so, you should talk to them, and let them know why I asked you about looking specifically at dragon pictures, relating to an actual class on dragons, and let them know that they are all safe with my promise, and that if you DO help in this, that you are rewarded with a grade and a degree in Dracology or Dragonology. See what they say, and if they are still unsure, ask them to message me personally, or even comment on this page with us. I am okay with working proactively on this if you would like.

We are currently working on the template for the Dracology page, at draco_tp. After we have the format set up, we will be combining the classroom area with Dracology's info and pages. You will be asked to work with the artwork on the new page when it has been decided. I believe the page is Dragon Gallery... I may be wrong.
